To get started on Parimatch, you need to answer four questions — phone number, password, birth date, and currency. That’s it! Afterward, you’ll have an account number. However, Parimatch doesn’t explicitly tell you about it. To find it, hover over your account and you’ll see a nine-digit number — that’s what you’ll use to sign in from there on out, along with your password.

Going against the grain, Parimatch actually doesn’t offer a welcome bonus for first-time players. That comes as a surprise in an industry well-known for matching a certain percentage of a new signees initial deposit, but not Parimatch.

Deposit methods will vary by the currency. If you’re using US dollars, there’s five ways to fund your playing account on Parimatch — debit/credit card, Jeton, NETELLER, Skrill, and Webmoney. All five are free-of-cost and will hit your account instantly so you can start gambling in seconds!

Bitcoin: Missed Opportunity

These days, it’s more uncommon to find an online betting site without crypto support than those that do — a complete 180-degree turn from just a few short years ago when digital currency was still in its infancy. Unfortunately for Parimatch, they haven’t quite jumped on the crypto bandwagon yet. Not accepting Bitcoin, at the very least, feels like a big miss on Parimatch’s part.

Credit Cards: Mastercard and VISA Only

As the headline implies, Parimatch only has support for Mastercard and VISA. That’s no surprise given both bank cards are the two most-accepted across the industry. Still, we’d like to see some support for other major banks like American Express or Chase, as an example.

The same methods used for depositing can also be used for cashing out. Word of advice, though: payout times are the quickest when using an electronic wallet like Skrill, Neteller, or Webmoney. Better yet, Parimatch doesn’t charge a fee for using an e-wallet to withdraw.

Credit cards: Longer Payout Times

Bank cards as a cashout method are a hit or miss at many online sportsbooks. At Parimatch, it’s a hit, well, sort of. Yes, VISA and Mastercard can be used to cash out, but processing times can take as much as three days. You have to take the good with the bad, we suppose.

Parimatch doesn’t make things complicated in this department. First, hit the sports tab in the main menu to bring up a list of sports the platform carries. Next, filter it down further by selecting the league you’re looking for within that sport. Click on the exact odds you want, which will add the line to your betting ticket. On the ticket, enter how much you want to risk and hit the “place bet” button to confirm it.

It’s safe to say Parimatch takes the word “sportsbook” literally because there’s no non-sport events to wager on theirs. Unless of course, you don’t consider eSports or table tennis true “sports” — cause those are definitely inside Parimatch’s sportsbook. Anyway, that means there’s no political betting on Parimatch. If you’re in dire need of US Presidential odds, you’ll need to get ‘em elsewhere.

Like we said, eSports — whether it’s a real “sport” or not in your eyes — is part of the betting selection at Parimatch. Matter of fact, the platform does an above average job at supporting it. We counted eight different video games with betting support on-site. That list includes tried-and-true titles like League of Legends or Overwatch. However, we also saw King of Glory, a popular video game in China, on there and that’s less common to find in the marketplace.

Most online sportsbooks treat virtual sports or sports simulations as a sideshow, offering a few betting lines here and there for popular video games like Madden or FIFA. Well, that doesn’t apply to Parimatch at all. Instead, they have a fully-dedicated section for simulated sports betting that can be accessed by hitting “virtuals” in the main menu.

The game selection, which are all original titles and not mass-produced video games, is massive across different sports like football, tennis, and racing, to name a few. Parimatch is a true leader in the industry when it comes to virtual sports.

All the usual NBA bets you’d come to expect can easily be made on Parimatch. However, if you haven’t already, give the league a shot when it comes to in-play wagering. The fast-paced action of the NBA game makes it a worthwhile experience. And despite that, Parimatch has no problems keeping pace with live odds as the action unfolds.

Tennis is an internationally-followed sport, which means it’s a big deal at a foreign bookmaker like Parimatch. This is especially apparent during the Grand Slam events — the Australian Open, French Open, US Open, and Wimbledon — where Parimatch really ramps up its tennis betting options.

While Parimatch doesn’t necessarily cater to the American sports bettors, it’s selection still isn’t one to overlook, especially in football. Both the NFL and NCAA football have a strong presence on Parimatch. You’ll find your full fix of football pregame, in-play, props, and futures bets here.

The best part about wagering on MLB is the unmatched amount of betting opportunities. There’s an MLB game almost every day between April and October. And what’s more, just one game can have dozens of betting chances thanks to in-game props. Parimatch has all those opportunities ready for the taking on its platform.

Make no mistake about it, Parimatch is a soccer-first sportsbook. You’ll find more betting lines for the global sport than any other on the platform. Parimatch’s soccer coverage covers all corners of the globe no matter the club or national team.

Parimatch recently revamped its casino from top to bottom. As part of the updates, players can now use the same funds from their sportsbook account in the casino — no need to keep the two separated anymore. 

At Parimatch, you can either play the new or classic casino. The newer option is completely dominated by slot games, whereas the classic has slots too, but you also get table games and video poker there. The casino game selection is made-up of many different game providers so the experience differs from game to game. 

If you’re looking for live dealer poker contests, you won’t find them at Parimatch. The only way to get your poker fix on the platform is through the classic casino. There, you’ll get a lot of simulated variants of poker.

The best way to judge any in-play betting system is how quick a sportsbook can keep pace with real-time line shifts. At Parimatch, they’re blazing quick. We saw no issue while tracking a game ourselves. Odds were always seconds ahead of a game-changing play, and that’s the way it should be. 

In-play betting can be had by tapping the “live events” tab in the menu. The interface is eerily similar to placing a normal bet, only with odds changing on the screen in real time (no need to reload the page). Hit any odd to add it to your betting ticket, where you can finalize it after entering the risk amount. 

To create a parlay, just follow the same protocol that we already covered when placing a straight bet — the difference being, of course, you’ll add multiple odds instead of just one. That’s all it takes!

It’s worth noting that only one sum total can be placed on the entire parlay. Parimatch does not give you the option of splitting your money throughout the parlay — e.g. the first leg is for $25, while the second is only for $15, and the third is $10. That’s offered by some competitors, but absent on Parimatch.

The closest thing to a blog on Parimatch is its news section. While signed in, bring up the left-hand menu. There’s a link labeled “news” that will take you there. With a little help from Google Translate, the articles turned out to be true news pieces about ongoing sport happenings instead of betting analysis or advice.

Your best bet to see what deals Parimatch is currently offering is to visit its bonuses and promotions page. You’ll see multiple deals on a given day, and they’re refreshed every so often. However, most of these promos apply to its casino, not the sportsbook.

Parimatch has a live chat feature. However, we couldn’t for the life of us figure out how to set it to English — despite our site settings being on English (you can also select Russian or Ukranian). The chat can be popped out by clicking the yellow icon on the bottom-right corner. We did that, only to see a foreign language displayed and stop us dead in our tracks. This seriously needs to be fixed by Parimatch.

After spinning our wheels, we finally found their support email at support@parimatch.com. Make sure to list your account number when sending them a note, it’ll speed up the help process. 

Remember when we mentioned that Parimatch’s sign-up process only asked four questions? Well, email wasn’t one of them and even after registering, Parimatch still never asked for it. Without them knowing our email, we never once received an email from them, for better or worse.

When inside the live events menu, look for the play button icon near the odds. The icon indicates live streaming is available. Tap on it to begin streaming. The option is mostly reserved for eSports and virtual sports, which commonly air live on Twitch.

Parimatch isn’t legal to use in every single country. But players coming from places where there are restrictions aren’t completely out of luck if they want to register and bet on Parimatch.

A workaround is accessing Parimatch through a virtual private network (VPN). How these services work is they hide your IP address with another that’s located in a foreign country (for this example, you want to use a location where Parimatch is accepted).

Parimatch has been in the business for well over two decades. In that timeframe, they’ve developed a strong foothold in pockets of Eastern Europe. However, it’s still ways away from expanding its reach. It needs to make a few improvements in order to do so:

• Expand its sports betting menu to rival its soccer selection
• Add support for cryptocurrency as a deposit and withdraw method
• Add a dedicated poker room inside its casino with live dealer capability
