Conversely, the Celtics are the overwhelming favorites to win the Eastern Conference at +110, but of course, this could change if the hyper-competitive Atlantic Division heats up moving forward.

Like the Celtics, the one thing working against them is that they are in a stacked Northwest Division with the Timberwolves and Nuggets, but are still recognized as the favorites here at -115.
Noted on the same report, while the Miami Heat (+125 to win the Southeast Division) are still a mainstay competitor, another squad that could make waves in the East is the Orlando Magic. The Orlando squad is currently marked at -165 to win their division and make a return to the NBA postseason. The talented young team has a strong core of players like Paolo Banchero, Jonathan Isaac, Jalen Suggs, and Franz Wagner. Banchero especially is one to look for after being selected with the first overall pick by the Magic in the 2022 NBA Draft.
