For this competition, the winner will receive a first-place prize of $8,000 with second place locking down a cool $5,000 and finally third place taking home $2,500. Regarding actual scoring for the competition, participants must pick the winners of all 15 games in the 2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship, beginning with the Sweet 16 Round. Per usual, points will be awarded for each correct pick and once a bracket is submitted, picks cannot be changed.
Regarding the actual point system for the competition, four points will be awarded for every correct selection in the Sweet 16 round. After that, the points double in the Elite 8 with eight points being awarded for each right choice. Then in the Final Four, correct picks are 16 points, with a massive 32 points being up for grabs for picking the winner of the NCAA Championship Game.
